Programme

Meeting early morning in Breuil-Cervinia. Ascent by cable car to Klein Matterhorn (3,820 m), preparation, equipment check, technical briefing. Start of the ascent: glacier crossing roped together, final ascent on a regular snowy slope to the summit of Breithorn West (4,165 m).

Incredible panorama over the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa, Gran Paradiso, Mont Blanc, and all major Alpine peaks. Descent via the ascent route and return to Klein Matterhorn. Return to Cervinia by cable car.
