An epic journey on foot between Italy and Switzerland, in the heart of the Pennine Alps

The Tour of Monte Rosa is one of the most spectacular circular treks in the Alps: a journey through wild valleys, wooden mountain villages, eternal glaciers, and high alpine passes. Guided by the expert Cervino Mountain Guides, you’ll cross two countries, explore six valleys, and walk with constant views of the legendary peaks of the Monte Rosa massif—Dufour, Lyskamm, Castor, Breithorn… all the way to the Matterhorn.

Starting and finishing in Cervinia, the itinerary touches iconic alpine towns such as Zermatt, Saas Fee, Macugnaga and Alagna, offering a full immersion into mountain culture—between welcoming huts, suspended trails, and authentic alpine hospitality.
